As time/life goes by most if not all of us end up with damage, maybe some scars, some dents, some brokenness and maybe for some deep gouges that need a little extra work to be repaired. With many of us our life is like this table. It has scars, it’s dented, broken in places but then someone who knew all along what the table was worth takes the table and repairs it making it like new.
When we finally let go and give our self to the Master Repairer. He, being the awesome God He is, smooths out the damage. His loving hands fills in the dents and repairs the brokenness. As for the gouges, well, He is the Master Repairer, so those are repaired to where you never know they were there. That is unless someone told you what all they had been through.
Will you let the Master Repairer repair you? Will you give everything over to Him and like this table, go from what once was something broken, had many scars to something that ALWAYS had value and worth?
Your life can change so tremendously when you give everything to Him. When you fully and completely trust Him. When you let the Master Repairer, repair you, like this table. All the things that at one time you felt were holding you back from getting close to God. The brokenness, the scars, the hurt, the anger, or the many other things it may be. They start to be repaired, healed, to where instead of looking at yourself like a table beyond repair. You look at yourself as one who now can serve Him by using your God given gift/gifts.
Jeremiah 30:17 For I will restore health to you, and your wounds I will heal, declares the Lord, because they have called you an outcast.
